We do not accept insurance. Cash, check and credit card are the accepted forms of payment.

We can provide a superbill for an HSA or to be reimbursed for out of network insurance benefits.

To start, please contact us to set up a free prequalification phone call to see if we are the right fit for you. The next steps after the prequalification are:

1. Consultation - A consultation is a screening method to make sure you are a candidate for adhesion treatments. These can be done on zoom or in person.

2. Examination - An exam maps the adhesions we find in the pathway of your symptoms. Either a lower or upper body examination will be done. In addition, initial range of motion testing will be charted. This data will be our jumping off point for your treatment plan.

3. Treatment -  Treatments can be done as individual sessions or a discounted package. Most new patients need between 12-20 30 minute sessions depending on the severity of your case. Once we have you at a manageable level of discomfort (or pain free!), we will release you from care or move you into maintenance treatments.

TMJ Myofascial Release - Intraoral (inside your mouth) techniques are used to access tissue structures that can cause headaches, sinus pressure, and neck and shoulder tension. Assessment of the structures on your neck and face will also be considered. You do not need to do the Consultation or Exam for the Intra-Oral treatments. Most new patients require at least 3 sessions for TMJ-related symptoms.
