Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the individual session fee. The fee will be waived if the appointment is filled.
No-shows
Same day cancellations, or anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the individual session fee for the missed appointment. The fee will be waived if the appointment is filled.
Illness
If you are sick, please reschedule. There is no charge if you need to cancel due to illness.
